NICOLE CUDA PÉREZ

Since 2001, Nicole has been representing labor unions, employees, benefits funds, corporations, and non-profit organizations in various industries including public sector, entertainment, health care, education, transportation, construction, and communications. Her prior experience includes working at Spivak Lipton LLP and Hughes Hubbard & Reed, and running her own solo practice.
She has represented clients in federal and New York State courts, administrative proceedings, and arbitration hearings. Nicole is admitted to practice in New York.
Nicole is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section. She is active in the Section’s Development of the Law Under the NLRA Committee and is an Associate Editor and Chapter Editor of The Developing Labor Law.
Nicole received her law degree from Columbia Law School and her undergraduate degree, with honors, in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Nicole has negotiated and drafted collective bargaining agreements, advised on contract administration, and represented clients during all phases of the grievance process, including arbitration. She has represented clients before federal, state, and local administrative agencies.
Nicole has counseled trustees and administrators of public sector and multi-employer benefit funds on plan design, administration, and compliance.
Nicole has advised clients on best employment practices, employment contracts, severance agreements, employee handbooks, and has conducted investigations. She has represented clients before state, local, and federal administrative agencies.
